Hi, I'm Lauren,
founder of Floral Stories.
Floral Stories began with two lifelong loves: flowers and fragrance. Long before there was a shop, I was filling my home with fresh blooms, tending to my cutting garden, creating arrangements for family and friends, and becoming fascinated by how scent can transport us to a moment, a memory, or a feeling.
Inspired by the gardens of my childhood, the influence of my Nana Meg, and the beauty of life in historic Crowland, Floral Stories is my way of bringing those memories to life through carefully crafted home fragrance and seasonal florals.
Every product is lovingly hand-poured, hand-finished, and carefully packaged in our shop in the heart of Crowland. From selecting fragrance blends and pouring candles to pressing botanicals and tying the final ribbon, each piece is created in small batches with utmost attention to detail. I believe there is something special about products made by hand it's like they carry a little piece of the person who created them.
For me, fragrance has always been a source of comfort and connection to the places and people we love.
Through some of life's most challenging seasons, flowers and fragrance became a way for me to find joy in the everyday, and create moments of calm amongst the chaos.
My hope is that every Floral Stories creation helps you do the same whether it's a candle glowing on a cosy evening, a bouquet brightening someone's day, or a scent that instantly brings back a treasured memory.
