Beautifully presented as a gift set, it includes 10 assorted wax melts from our collection, alongside a wax melt burner, everything you need to begin discovering your favourites.

Shipping + Returns
Every Floral Stories order is handcrafted, carefully packed and dispatched from our shop in Crowland, Lincolnshire.
Standard Delivery 3-5 Days — £3.99
Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days from dispatch.
As many of our products are made and prepared by hand, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Express Delivery — £5.99
Need your order a little sooner? Choose Express Delivery at checkout.
Orders placed before 11am Monday–Thursday will be prepared for express dispatch, with delivery typically expected on the next working day following dispatch.
Orders placed after 11am, or on Fridays, weekends or bank holidays, will be processed on the next available working day.
While we will always do everything we can to get your order to you promptly, courier delays can occasionally happen and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, we'll work with the delivery provider to investigate and arrange the appropriate next steps.
Delivery Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll always try to amend the address before dispatch, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or handed to the delivery provider.
Floral Stories cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
